penilaian dibuat berdasarkan bell curve, yakni hanya 20% atau 30% dari total student yang diperiksa oleh seorang tutor yang dapet H1 dan atau F. jadi.. misalkan seorang tutor memeriksa 100 orang tercerdas di dunia.. bagaimanapun nangis darahnya tutor ituh karna studentsnya pinter2 dan pengen dikasih H1 smua.. TIDAK, tidak bisa.. karna hanya 20 orang saja yang boleh.. dan sisanya turun sesuai dengan jatah bell curve.
begitu juga demikian dengan 100 orang tergobluok sedunia. tetep 20 orang mengisi jatah H1.
begitu sih kasarnya.. soal kebijakan-kebijakan lain.. saya juga masih belum jelas.

kali ini essay gue dapet P dan gue kecewa. bukan berarti gue sepinter ituh yang berharap dapet H1 ditiap essay, cuma yang kali ini gue seengganya ga berharap P banget.. huk huk.
huff.. H1 mah kya cuman mimpi ajah.. dapet H2A ajah udah pengen sujud syukur.
